WEEKLY REFLECTION

INTRODUCTION

This was my second week of School teaching practice. I reached school everyday on time and signed the attendance.Other than curricular activities I took part co-curricular and extra curricular activities.

CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

🗓️ 21/07/2025

On July 21,I had class at 9 C and I took the topic 'MODERN PERIODIC TABLE 'from the chapter 'Periodic table'in the sixth period.

🗓️23/07/2025

On July 23,I had class at 9 C and I took the topic 'ELECTRONIC CONFIGURATION OF ELEMENTS AND THEIR POSITION IN PERIODIC TABLE' from the chapter ' periodic table' in the second period.

On July 25,I had class at 8 C and I took the topic 'DISTANCE 'from the chapter 'Motion and force' in the fourth period.

Observation day

It was my first observation day in school teaching practice. My optional teacher Dr. Reshmi K S observed my class and gave reviews and suggestions on my teaching and class management.

CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

I had class management at 5 A, 7 B, 8 B, 7 A and 5 B. 

   

       EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

As a part of lunar day celebration the school conducted an exhibition and quiz competition based on moon day theme. I made some exhibits and also conducted a quiz competition at 7 A. In alternative day I served mid day meal for students.

  

                 WEEKLY REFLECTION

On fifth day of teaching practice (21/07/25) I had class at 9 C the class went well and I was  satisfied and happy since students were responding well. 

On sixth day of teaching practice (23/07/25) I had class at 9 C the class went as planned and timely conducted all the activities.

On the seventh day of teaching practice (25/07/25) I had class at  8 C, I was little nervous since it was my first observation day as well the class went well and teacher gave me necessary suggestions and reviews about my class.
On the eighth day of teaching practice I had no classes but got chance to manage classes 5 B and 7 A, it gave opportunity to get to know students more. 

                       CONCLUSION

This week was full of new experiences, it was my first experience to be a part exhibition conduction committee as a teacher,it was an amazing experience.Got opportunity to get valuable directions of senior teachers about conduction of an exhibition. Overall this week was amazing and satisfying. I am looking forward to get more experience like this to grow more as a good teacher.
